Bruno was born on March 30, 1983 (11:30 am) in the currently non-existent country called Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. The pompous-sounding country ceased to exist in 1992 and it exploded into present day states of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, Slovenia and the self-declared, partially recognized Kosovo.
In 2002 Bruno moved to the USA to study acting. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in theatre from Graceland University in 2006 and a Master of Fine Arts from the Ohio State University in 2009.
Bruno currently lives in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina where he works as a director assistant and stage manager at the EastWest Theatre Company. He is also an independent artist, playwright, translator, and instructor.
